7 day notice account

On the 26th December 2015 I gave STD bank notice to release R5989 on my access savings account. The funds were available after 7 days. Today I couldn't withdraw money because the available balance is 0. After investigating I noticed that STD bank fu*king locked my funds which means I have to give them again fu*king 7 day notice to release the funds. What is fu*king happening? Who gave you instruction to lock the fu*king funds. Are you running a bank or a circus? Please could somebody get back to me and explain. I won't even be surprised if I don't get any response from you.
