7-10 Calls per day

Despite paying an outstanding debt at the same time every month I get harassed up to 10 times a day by the call centre staff to check that I am going to be paying my bill. <br> I don't have any contract despite requesting this a number of times and resent being harrssed when I pay regularly<br>
