60 WEEKS NO ACTION STANDARD BANK

12 Dec 2014, I requested for cancelation over my property Erf 1315. My attorneys wrote to the bank for this request to be finalised. Nothing happened. I thereafter I lodged the matter with ecru at Standard Bank and later received a ref ***. Do you know what ? 60 weeks have now lapsed and the bankers are still resolving the query. This type of service needs to be addressed
