6 Years and cannot change my address
Why can you not fix my address. After countless trips to the banks, time taken off work and lengthy phone calls my statements are still going to my old address after 6 years.<br> What is the teller doing when they type for 15 minutes every time I go to a branch to have this changed? I have even opted for email statements but still no change!
