6 Weeks NO AMENDMENT

We got a bond approval on the 01/09/2015. On the 2/09/2015 Standard bank home loans had to make an amendment to the paperwork. Since then the attorneys, ourselves have made contact almost every day to find out what the hold up is. We now have 9 Different reference numbers and keep getting told that it will be sorted out within 48 Hours. We are now at the point where the owner wants to cancel the deal. I find this PATHETIC from Standard bank. Personally we have 11 accounts, two business accounts, business bonds and we get treated like this. I think it is time to move everything over to another bank as if this is how you treat clients that have been with you for over 25 years then you do not deserve us as clients.<br>
