6 months and waiting and no response what so ever

I am waiting now for 6 months to have all my debt consolidated into my home loan. It was approved last year November already. Initially when I did the application I was told it would take about 8 weeks. I have to date lost all my saved cash as well as my parents saved cash. I will have to close my sideline business at the end of this month. I have nothing left. This past week I have tried everything I can think of to get a response but nothing. I have asked repeatedly for them to email me because I am practically deaf. But they keep on trying to call me. This is my last attempt to get this matter resolved. After this I will have to get legal help or contact the ombudsman or both. I don't understand this. Don't they know how to read or write. Surely I can be contacted via email just as easily as by call?
