5 Years and still not updated

I have had a credit card with Standard Bank back in 2006, as life happens we had some financial problems in 2013 and app**** for Debt Review which was cancelled right after deciding it better for us to just pay the account , which we did. Now 5 years later I am trying to apply for a credit card now firstly there is no feedback it is countless calls to people who doesn't know what is going on and trips to a branch that is not interested in assisting. Then I get told but you are under Debt Review, now take note I have 3 different credit reports and a letter that was sent to all my creditors in 2013 that the debt review has been cancelled. I am appalled by the fact that 5 years later Standard Bank has still not updated their systems and is penalizing me for something we never went through with. I have went to the extend of supplying them with a credit record and the letter that was sent to them 5 years ago and to no surprise I have still not received any feedback from them. Honestly if this is the kind of service Standard Bank is delivering I would rather go without it as I think there is better out there.
