5 Months of no help

We trying to get an deceased estate concluded. Since 5th September 2014. At this stage we speaking to Standard bank from Septemebr 2015, and they do not come back to me. 7 out of10 times we trying to speak to Radhika but she is not availible. And sometimes when she answers she is in a mall busy with shopping. In the meantime Standard bank threaten to auction the clients land and home. We make then several offers to solve the problem. They just not respond. They put my client 3x on ITC for the same thing, while we make them offers to solve every thing. Once for one payment, once for the arrears which they cant explain, and once for the whole bond. We now wait 2 weeks for them to sign off an OTP. And they just dont answer our calls. Now the buyer want to walk away because we cant come back to him. Then Standard bank threats again they will auction everything . Please help us. Jenny Naidoo lies to my clients and said we stand in the foyer and shout and swear on them. And we catch her in her lie. We need urgent help, because the client will loose his whole livelyhood and business!!!! And we cant wait longer for people who cleqrly dont want to do their work.
