5 Different departments, nobody can help me!!!
I've been trying to make an online payment to the USA through pay pal, or a link I've been send. It keeps on declining. I know I have more than enough money in my account. I want to know why this is not going through, and NO ONE can help me in ANY of the 5 different departments I've been put through. THIS IS VERY URGENT, I've been trying to do this transaction since yesterday. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
