49 Days and Counting on a 6 day TAT

<p>On 8 March 2017 I visited a Standard Bank ATM. The ATM froze and I could not complete my transaction. The amount was however deducted on my account without me being able to finalize the transaction. My card was also not released by the ATM. I logged a call while still at the ATM. They confirmed the amount will be reversed within 6 days. 6 Days later I visited my branch to collect my new card and also enquired about my call. They informed me that the call was never logged and logged it once again. Again nothing happened. I enquired on the progress just to be informed that the call was not logged correctly and had to be relogged once again. To date I have not received any update, and the amount is still not reversed. </p>
