4 CONSULTANTS LATER, I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER

II called in ro make a simple equiry regarding my vehicle finance, I was basically bounced back and forth like a tennis ball and each of the consultants were telling me they do not have visibility of balances on their side. Each of them transferred me to differe t people and 30mins later I was pretty much fed up and said never mind. How difficult can it be to tell me how the amount on my statement came to be?!
