4-6 weeks=9weeks?

Being a Chef the last 3 months of the year is the busiest ever.Your day starts at4 AM and ends at 00:30am for weeks on end. There is hardly time to breath, so all personal business gets put aside for when you go on leave in mid December.On my first day of leave I drew a statement to check what's going on only to find around 4 ********** transactions on my account adding up to almost R8000.00.I opened a ***** case immediately only for the same person/s to instant money again the day after logging my case.So in total my account was in the minus by almost R10 000. No Christmas celebrations for our family. I couldn't even buy my kids presents. Although the staff member assisting me with my case was very friendly I am not happy with the outcome as the investigators decided that the transactions that took place after logging the case would be paid back as clearly it was *****/inside job however the transactions I logged in the first call would not be paid back to me. Even though ALL the transactions where done by the same person with the same details for each transaction, for some apparent reason the investigators claim it was my own fault. 12 weeks later I am still awaiting proof
