3weeks to approve a Home loan

I have been banking with standard bank since 2014.I qualified for an upgrade to private banking and received a good banker.I app**** for a home loan after selling my property which was the same price as the one I am purchasing, to my great disappointment the credit department of Standard Bank they have taken about 3 weeks to consider my home loan application. Asking for a document here and there, taking days to feedback, when both my wife and I are in good standing and my credit score is low risk at the Bereau. I’m told for the past 1 week it’s been sitting with the approval manager and still pending approval. We are expatriates and with the level of banking standards offered to us by them it makes us reconsider having an offs**** with them.I have asked for priority for about 4 times. Highly disappointed!!!!
