3rd Time NOT LUCKY

In Nelspruit we have a few Standard bank Branches. I usually do my business at the branch located at the Crossings Centre, previously I had to collect a card from Standard Bank and they told me the 'Nelspruit' branch is located at the Grove, a few weeks a go I went to pick up my Cheque card from th 'Nelspruit' branch, after standing in the line for an hour I was told that is at the Crossings branch. Now I need to pick up my credit card, this time I phoned first, it is at the Grove (15.09.2015) they said I need to bring my proof of residence, so I did bring a letter stating my address, because we live on my father in law's farm, with an Eskom account, unfortunately the eskom account was out of date, I understood this. The person assisting me on that they said the letter is fine I need to bring a newer account. So that is what I did. I even updated the letter to today's date, my father in law was in town this morning. The person assisting me today said that I should have filled in a form and bring it with the Eskom account. They have wasted my time and fuel. I live 30km out of time and needed my card for fuel. I don't even know if I can get to work tomorrow.
