3rd time lucky with useless Standard Bank

I have been with Standard Bank for over 20 years- I have 2 home loans (fully paid) and 2 business cheque accounts. I have been trying since 26 April 2022 to get my spouse/business partner on my business profile CIPC acknowledged him as a shareholder but Standard Bank won't. I threatened to move my account but obviously I am not that good a customer I have issued them with all updated FICA records but even thoughthey recognize him on one business they wont recognize him on the business started 18 years earlier. A previous HELLOPETER review led to a flurry of activity but nothing resolved. If it was not for the 2 home loans accounts I would have moved years ago.
