37 years but I cannot take it anymore

<p>I am writing this very last complaint before closing my 37 year old bank account. I am just so very very tired of the non existent customer service at this bank I cannot bear to have any account with them any longer.</p> <p>And beware any std bank customers of the scheme they have now concocted for you to autpay your credit card. What they promise over the phone they cannot deliver - whatever you do, DONT accept what they tell you. If you pay your credit card manually - keep it that way!</p>
