33% SERVICE CHARGE INCREASE
My 82 year old fathers credit card service fee escalated from R 45.00 a month last month to R 60.00 this month - an automatic increase of 33% in service fees. Where in this day of low cpi inflation rates is any business able to escalate charges to customers by 33%.
It is disgraceful and we will be cancelling the facility
