32Days - Not satisfied

I have a 32 day notice account and I have done withdrawals from it on numerous occasions, with a fee of R115 charged as a result. My issue with the agents is that the conditions they give are not consistent. Some will tell you that a minimum of R250 needs to be left over in the account to keep it open, others will do as you wish without any conditions attached to the execution of the request. Iam disappointed as my contract does not have a clause that states this, and I have never been informed of such a change, IF such a change was effectedm I spoke to Refilwe and her team leader Christinah this afternoon, both from the transactional banking division.
