Worse insurance ever Worst experience ever. I bought this house for my daughter and Stander bank recommended you guys as the best. The roof is hanging and danger to my grandkids. The house is always maintained. This happened recently. Your first clam handler and sendond one came out and approved the claim. Nothing was done after numerous call and mails. Third time third handler came out and decline the claim stating nails was used. You buy a house that the roof is painted already. How can you see what is what. Why did stander bank told me to take bettasure. They the worst. Why did u not refer me to stanbic your own insurance. Now Betasure call me and tell me I must call you cause it's your fault you sold me a house with a roof fixed with nails. In the same breath the consultant tells me you can can install a roof with nails ans *****s. How do u allow them to take our money and don't provide a service. Fix this or cancel them and give me another insurance with business savvy and humanity. I will take this to the ombudsman
