32 days notice taking forever

<p>My patner put notice in December and was suppose to be available on the 5/01/2017.On that date the funds was not available and when he enquire about it at the bank he was told that it will take another 7 days which he was never told about,please investigate and let us know because we have a reason why we needed the money then</p>
