30 k approved 6 k declined ?
App**** for a loan over the phone on the 16 January 2019. Was approved for just over 30 000 . Then I asked Thabiso the agent to reduce it to 6000 then it said it was declined something about surplus etc... How does 30k is approved and 6k not . Then Thabiso request I send the additional documents through to ********** prove that the additional income amounts showing on my bank account statement is FICA etc.. . Then after that I don't have an idea what is going on or what is happening. I do not believe that i'm the only person ever to have had such an issue. Reference number: ********** 247
Even tho Thabiso assisted me initially Thursday last week was the last I heard from him. What is the ETA on the issue ? Did not know it take's weeks to apply for loan !?
