30 Days account handed over to lawyers???

05/08/2020, I received a call from Mc Roberts attorneys advising me that my loan account with standard bank have been handed over to them. The account is 30 days in arrears. I need to understand standard bank collection process since this account is not delinquent and I had spoken to a consultant on the 04/08/2020 who promised to call me back and did not.

Further to clarify that, I requested a payment relief holiday on this loan, Standard bank erroneously went and loaded the payment relief on the credit card instead of the loan. I have been paying the credit card and not the loan. In June I requested for the payment on the loan to be reversed since I had requested a payment holiday.

Can you kindly recall my account from the lawyers. I honestly don't understand why I am getting calls for an account that is 30 days in arrears due to admin issues on standard bank's side.
