3 weeks , still no answer!!

I called the prestige line, to ask if i get charged.for cash deposits or withdrawals.<br> I was told... no..<br> <br> While doing the transactions, the tellers did not inform me of the charges...<br> <br> Only to find i was not only charged, but over charged..<br> <br> I feel that this is *****, like taking money out of my wallet....<br> <br> <br> I am total disappointed and ****** off with my bank at this moment<br> <br> 3 WEEKS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO ANSWER FORM !!!<br> HOW BAD CAN SERVICE GET !!!
