3 weeks after Geyser flooded house, no bedroom

its almost 3 weeks since our main bedroom and another bedroom got flooded by a leaking geyser valve. With expensive property insurance from STd Bank and being a *private client*, we still have no bedroom to sleep in. Call centre seems unable to manage contractors and keeps passing the buck to us, and weeks have now passed. Today we had cupboards put in to replace the old ones. A cheaper variety would be difficult to find. Contractor said they quoted cheap to avoid problems with the Bank. The cupboards are tacky and weak and bear little resemblance to the old and sturdy ones we had. Additionally the Bank refuses to pay for handles for new cupboard doors!!!! - how petty of them. . The bank has no quality control measures in place as far as we are able to discern and contractors compromise on quality to avoid dealing with SB. Perhaps the bank is relying on a long delay and the frustrations of us having no where to sleep to force us to accept this. We will rather receive what we have rights to, thank you. At every turn we are being made to feel like SB are doing us a favour - please can somebody with an iota of customer care sort this out. It's a disgrace. No courtesy calls etc.
