3 months! no resolution

I lodged a dispute on behalf of my 86 year old grandmother. <br> Dispute was logged on 27 August 2015. <br> I was asked to allow until 11 September for investigation and resolution.<br> On 11 September standard bank emailed to say they need more time.<br> I've followed up twice after this with no response at all.<br> <br> Its been 3 months and still no resolution! Or decency of an update.<br> I need answers!<br>
