3 months for settlement letter on an RCP and Credit card paid off 2 years ago

<p>I requested a settlement letter from standard bank for my RCP and Credit card 3 months ago, because even though the debt was paid off the it was still showing on my name at Transunion thus making uncredit worthy, not even Standard bank will give me a credit card !!!!!!!!</p> <p>but I stll have not received it, I went to the branch to see if I can get it and was told to call customer assist where I was told I would have to go to the branch again and request them via the customer assist online system, which was done, still I don't have the letters.</p> <p>I then tweeted a complaint and was told I would be assisted, I was not, someone called Candice said she would help and get back to me but I still have not heard anything.</p> <p>I have come to the conclusion that standard bank couldn't give a hoot about clients and have decided to move banks even though i have been with the bank for years, nd will be advising all who use standard bank that they are utterly useless.</p> <p>moving forwardmy ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
