3 month waiting period for new cards

I have been waiting more than 3 months for my new cheque and credit cards after being upgraded to a Presitge Account Holder.<br> <br> They keep apologizing for the delay (but never give any explanation) and say they will escalate the matter. I was contacted on the 19th May to say my cards were ready and that STD Bank would deliver it to my work address. A week later and no phone call from them and no cards.
