3 month Debt Holiday granted - Bond Payment deducted anyway
I was granted the 3 month Debt Holiday on my Bond account, only to find that they deducted the premium anyway. I have emailed the Refund address 3 times and have yet to receive a reply. Standard Bank is not even worthy of 1 star.
