2nd request as Standard Bank don't even attend to emails or social media complaints

I logged a Hello Peter a week back. Standard bank came back 4 days ago that they will contact me. Still no reply. What is going on with standard bank as the don't respond on emails and they don't attend to social media complaints. On 24.2 I have done a payment for Sanral still pending. Out of my Bank, still jot ctedited
