2nd request - 3 days later and still no feedback or communication

Wow 3 days later and I have still not received any further communication from Standard bank. Not sure who can assist me at the bank because the info is at back office and when you asked to speak with someone you hold on for 30mins to speak with consultant that has no interest in helping.
