2nd Hello Peter and still no JOY!!!!!

i was advised by Nkululeko that my account would be closed and the amount written off that was about a week ago and now i cannot even get a response to my emails. I have checked my account myself and it is still open. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT NOW!!!!! The end of the month there will be more charges on the account and i am now beyond fustrated. I have a second account linked to my account in my sons name AND THIS ACCOUNT I WANT TO KEEP OPEN because i use this account every month, so this account needs to be unlinked from my account and put on its own. i find this now totally unacceptable and i would like a solution...
