25 Years of paying insurance only to be told sorry claim rejected

<p>I Am absolutely dissgusted with your insurance department. i have been living in my current house for the past 25 years the house has been built around in 1970s.<br />I submited a claim for roof leaks and they sent out JBC Roof cover for assesing, now the claim has been rejected. The roof was sealed 4 years ago and painted probably 7-8 years ago now they saying waaterproofing is cracked and theres rust surely after 50 years of a roof being in severe weather rain hail sun etc surely it will show signs of minor rust after 50 years ? i have been paying for insurance for the past 25 years an only claimed for a geyser ?
