24 HOURS LATER AND FUNDS STILL NOT REVERSED

I tried continuously to withdraw money from my Savings account yesterday morning at the ATM but the auto-teller keep giving me a error, no money but the moneys showed deducted yet nothing in my account. They even charged me bank costs for my withdrawals. Seen on News 24 this morning that there was some kind of error. My question. When will the funds be returned to my account along with the bank charges you charged. I have debit order going off soon. This has been more than 24 hours. Surely you have the necessary systems in place to see the error on my withdrawals. I would appreciate if this matter is attended as a matter of urgency. If any debit orders bounce because of this, you will personally be responsible for the costs as well as you will rectify my credit record for a negative rating! This is not on guys.
