2021 fees reduction a pleasant surprise

Having been with Standard Bank in my personal including business capacity for many years, I have experienced a fair amount of lack of service in both instances.

However, I was pleasantly surprised in reviewing the 2021 business tariffs recently. Standard Bank reduced a swath of fees, even down to zero in many instances, citing COVID-19 relief for its clients. This is surely the first intance ever that I recall.

Sure, they are trying to win new clients with this policy, but everyone benefits.

Bravo for this bold move! You have certainly regained my goodwill and that of many others too I am sure.
