2 years later and i have the same problem

i have had it with this bank, they are lairs and really pathetic. i had a credit card with this useless bank and i settled it in Jan 2013 , i ran around for months asking then to remove this off my profile, they **** to me several times telling they had removed , i ran around for the whole of 2013 trying to remove it because i wanted to buy a car they still failed to do so. Eventually after going on hello peter again they call to say its been resolved. fast forward to June 2015 i want to buy a house and guess what i am being declined because of the very same credit card that they promised was removed. i DEMAND to be compensated by this bank, they have ruined my life to no end.<br> my credit score is low because of them, so everywhere i go i get high interest rates, because they are *********** <br> <br>
