2 weeks for what?
So my sister withdrew money on Sunday where the ATM didn't dispense the money but was deducted from his account, when she went to the branch she was told they are offline, Tuesday they tell her oh wait for two weeks. Problem is for the two weeks how will she pay rent for the inconvenience caused by a std bank ATM. two weeks for what?
