2 Months STILL NO Resolution!!

I am beyond disgusted at the lack of service I am receiving from Standard Bank regarding a query I lodged 2 MONTHS AGO!!!! This is now my THIRD complaint on HelloPeter about the same matter but still nothing happens, just a polite response online that it has been escalated to make others think you're actually doing something! Furthermore my recent Forex query has also not been responded to and I am sure that if I presented what happened to SARS and the Reserve Bank they would agree that what Standard Bank has done is **********! AWAITING RESOLUTION! OR EVEN SOME RESPONSE!
