2 months later, still waiting

I app**** for a further bond on my property, supp**** all documents to Jennifer but its 2 months later but I am still waiting. They ask for document and we supply them but never hear from them again. On Friday I got an sms telling me my application was now cancelled because of outstanding documents, but all the documents were supp**** nothing outstanding. <br> <br> The service is pathetic, I'm disgusted. At times, I have gone to Jennifer and waited for hours to see her, emails never responded to. Worst experience ever. really disappointed.
