2 Loan applications opened under my name

<p>I opened a loan application at Benmore brach, only to find out that they opened two loans. I have been paying for one of the loans every month, I deposited money into my account and I was debited for the 2nd time by the 2nd loan that standard bank opened without my permission , when I quarried this the money was reversed and the 2hnd loan was closed.</p> <p>My issue is that because the 2nd loan was sitting on a minus and they could not give me the full amount that they debited initially. I am suffering because of a mistake standard bank made. I am disgusted by the service I got from Rhufuwani in Rosebank who told me I will not get my money. I want my money before I change banks. I will not suffer because of a mistake that was made on your side.</p> <p> </p>
