The ATM at the Tembi Mall in Tembisa is in a precarious position that when the sun shines on it, customers are unable to see the screen. On Tuesday afternoon i tried to draw money, not being able to read the screen, i moved in closer unfortunately my car keys fell inside where the roller shutter doors go in which (cannot be reached by hand). When i went for help at the centre management i was told it happens ALL THE TIME where cards and money fall in there. Something must be done to move the ATM to a shaded area AND close that hole. <br> <br> 2. I would like to remove the revolving credit on both my credit card and loan (i don't want the available balance). I was told to \control myself"as this cannot be done. It works well for you guys because when there is available balance the natural thing to do is to use it"
