17 Working days for a card?

I was approved for a credit card at the Benmore Gardens branch on 28 August 2015 and was assisted by a lady by the name of Mpho. <br> <br> I was advised by Mpho that I would receive my card within 10 working days. <br> <br> Today I went into the branch to collect and enquire about the card only to find that the card was only ordered yesterday and I would have to wait another 7 working days.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the service received as I needed the funds for something important and cannot afford to wait another 7 working days. <br> <br> If I was advised that the card would take 17 working days to be delivered I would have made alternative arrangements. <br> <br> I would like the card delivered as soon as possible and would like feedback in this regards as soon as possible.<br>
