Has anybody else had this problem with Standard Bank? I app**** online. My application was accepted and approved for a value of just R25 000. Only thing they required was proof of earnings and a 3 month Bank statement. After a consultant phoned me we verified all the same steps. And then I was denied after I told them I was self employed. The online application had a block where you ticked if you are self employed. That was never an issue when applying at no time was the application denied. This is direct ************** for people who are self employed. If anyone else has been discriminated against please post your experience here.
