12+ months to remove ITC

I opened a Blue Bean Credit Card with Standard Bank in 2013. December 2016 I closed this account. Standard bank sent me a statement where my account reflects to be in Credit. it has been almost 12 months and this has not been removed off my credit score.

You are very quick to list customers on the credit bureau for non payment but lack on service when you do receive payment.
