11k bank charges
Good day Please assist, Thembisa Cynthia Dumani has a cheque account with Standard Bank which is dormant. Few years back she stopped using the account, which accumulated charges, sometime back she got a call to say she owes more 11k on that account, she then went to Small Street branch in Johannesburg CBD, the front lady there just laughed at her and could assist. Cynthia has no stable job and cannot pay the amount prescribed, she has a bond with Standard Bank, which she’s paying regularly, and cannot afford blacklisting at her age, please intervene and make reasonable arrangement, she has no idea how you arrive at 11k, why also there was no person to call her after a year to and humble advise her of charges? her number is ********** .
