10 star service from Standard Bank SA
I recently moved to Standard Bank after 15 years with Fnb.The onboarding process was quite manual but the Human care from all the people I dealt with was beyong measure. I was assigned a private Banker, Mr Lucas Mogapi.First time in my banking life did I have a Banker who really checked on me to understand me ,so many times.He was readily available on all channels.I explained to him my need to grow in property and when the time for us to apply for a 2nd bond came,oh boy was he there to assist..From an initial 20% approval he guided us through the appeal process and we eventually got 100%.This is one Bank I am bringing all my products to.#I am staying
