10 Mpost ridiculous verification questions!!

Hands up if you agree that the verification questions are a load of horse sh*t! Standard bank will NOT speak to you or be of assistance if you FAIL the verification questions which are generated by some outdated credit beureu. I fail these questions every single time even though I answer 100 percent correctly according to my sane mind. Who, may I ask in their right minds records the date that they opened their Mr P account or joined Outsurance??? Please for gds sake tell me who my current or last employer was because clearly I don't seem to know the answer,. And when Im phoning to ask why my bond has not been cancelled I am asked do I have a bond with Standard Bank!! Come on!! Is the correct answer Yes or NO? This system does not work and needs to be reviewed before I suffer a heart attack from pure aggravation!!!! And guess what the Team Leader advocates - We'll call you tomorrow and ask the same 10 sh?>::t questions and see if you pass!!!
