1 TIME AIR DEDUCTED 3 PAYMENTS AFTER LIQUIDATION

CREDIT CARD - SUZETTE KOEKEMOER - *** - REF ***6 / ***<br> <br> I've got a gold credit card and a cheque account with Standard bank for 42 years. <br> <br> I Booked at 1 Time Airlines a package in 2012. I paid with my credit card R6 416-00 on the <br> 25 October 2012. I few days later 1 Time Airlines went into liquidation. I've completed a dispute <br> form and mailed it to Standard bank. With every enquiry they gave me another reference number.<br> On the 22 October 2013 another payment of R6 416-00 was deducted. On the 12 August 2014 <br> another payment went off. The amount now taken from my credit card is R19 248.00. That is without <br> interest that they deducted every month from my debit card directly. <br> I did not receive any response from the manager of Standard bank Muriel Sekati nor chargebacks.<br> I've receive a sms that it would be sorted by the 5 Jan 2015, still no response.<br> I wanted to close my account but they explained that I will lose my benefits and status that I have <br> build up in 42 years.<br> Standard Bank is giving no support in this matter not even trying to find out were my money is <br> going to, since 1 Time was liquidated in 2012. <br> Please help me !!!
