1 MONTH AFTER APPLICATION STILL NO RESPONSE
Application for student loan - still no response 1 month after all documents submitted as per request from bank. Numerous phone calls to the call centre, visits to the branch in Stellenbosch and still not able to inform us if approved or not. At university for 1 month already.
