Hi,
I hate how STD bank's mistakes have a negative impact on my credit record. I had an agreement with VF department but come debit date, something else happened and now I must account. Can I have the VF department to call me because I've been making/receiving calls from collection, they are of no help. Refer to incident:***, ***/1.
