There has been ***** on my savings account for the 3rd time 23 December 2019. The amount was for R23711. I reported it to the ***** dept on the 27th December 2019 with supported emails and names. They requested an affidavit which I immediately supp**** to 2 different email addresses they supp**** to me. I phoned 3 times and forwarded emails for progress. When I phone to speak to the person working with the case, there is an out of office message that she will be out of office from July 2019 until December 2019. Excuse me, we are nearly in July 2020. I spoke to the reporting team again last Tuesday and was told that they have my affidavit and it would be escalated. To date no email or phone call.
